This personalised therapy gives you the opportunity to indulge in all of my specialised experiences and skills that I have perfected into one unique treatment.

It will be tailored specifically to each individual client’s skin type and holistic requirements, and can be adapted timewise to your own preferences.

I have many years of experience working as a Registered nurse, Reflexologist and Holistic Facial Practitioner, and recognise that your skin requirements and health concerns are always changing, reflecting seasonal and hormonal factors as well as your current wellbeing.

So this totally bespoke facial is designed to suit your own personal skin type and concerns.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Following an initial free 10-15 minute consultation you will be invited to make yourself comfortable on the couch, with a blanket to help keep you warm during your treatment. You may find it easier to remove heavy, upper garments of clothes and ideally wear a strappy vest for the treatment. I will encourage you at the start to take some deep breaths to enable you to begin to fully relax – we will do this at your own pace and only what feels comfortable and manageable for you.

At the heart of the treatment is a full holistic, natural facial including cleanse, exfoliate, and a mask with luxurious hot steam towel to rejuvenate your skin, promoting a more radiant, glowing, younger looking complexion.

Along with this you may choose your personal choice of therapies:-

ADVANCED FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY - (10 to 15 minutes) to relax the facial muscles.

This also has a powerful effect on the Central Nervous System, which may help relieve stress and anxiety and promote regular sleep patterns.

JAPANESE FACE LIFT MASSAGE AND GUA SHA SCULPTING - Quartz crystals are used for their healing properties and Facial Gua Sha tools and Facial Roller techniques are used for their natural face-lift effects, tightening, plumping and sculpting the face, neck and jawline, using lymphatic drainage techniques to release tension and waste products. The facial massage increases blood and lymphatic circulation in the face. This creates a youthful glow with more vitality, less puffiness and a smoother appearance.

FACIAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE TECHNIQUES – to release tension and waste products from the face and neck, encouraging the opening of the lymph nodes along the neck and collarbone to aid proper lymph flow.

MASSAGE TO THE DECOLLETAGE, UPPER ARMS, SHOULDERS AND UP INTO THE BACK OF NECK (10 minutes)- whilst you are lying on your back, using a luxury soothing body oil, encouraging the opening of the lymph nodes along the neck and collarbone to aid proper lymph flow AND OPTIONAL SCALP MASSAGE Or AN ARM AND HAND MASSAGE

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY - 10 to 30 minutes

Although optional, this may be the best way of completing your journey of ultimate relaxation by finishing off with this gentle reflexology therapy to bring about a deep state of relaxation and restoring the body’s equilibrium

According to your skin type, a toner, eye cream, serum and moisturiser will be applied to complete your journey of your Signature facial.

Aftercare:

Following your Bespoke Signature treatment, as with all treatments I will encourage you to drink plenty of fluids (up to 2 litres a day) for 24 -48 hours to help flush out the toxins which have been released during the course of your treatment. I also advise that you to try and reduce intake of tea, coffee or alcohol. And to try and avoid putting any make up on to allow your skin to breathe.

Contra-Indications

Before your treatment, I will need to confirm the following with you, as these are some of the contra-indications which may delay your treatment. Please see information below:-

FACE LIFT - There will need to be at least a 3 month gap following your surgery

BOTOX AND FILLERS - There will need to be at least a 3 - 4 week gap following your procedure

OPEN WOUNDS - Until they are healed
